Heads the practice of commercial law and bankruptcy, specializing in comprehensive legal support for businesses in disputes related to commercial activities, as well as in insolvency proceedings. Possesses substantial experience in representing clients’ interests in courts of various instances, advising on debt restructuring, developing and implementing reorganization (rehabilitation) plans, and protecting the rights and interests of both creditors and debtors.

In his practice, combines strategic thinking, profound knowledge of case law, and a strong results-oriented approach to client representation.

Areas of expertise: commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency cases, corporate disputes.
